This program will address the following:
A contrarian perspective on the value of a "business plan"; What planning tools you really need to guide your start-up efforts; What you really should be trying to achieve in the first 2 years; and
What documents you really need to raise money.
This program will be presented by Matt Ridenour, who will draw upon his experiences as a serial entrepreneur, including serving or having served as CEO for each of the following:
